Training and Technical Virtual Conference 101

We aim to make your experience as seamless as possible, so please review this tutorial before logging in to our conference platform.

Please remember that your unique identifier is your email address. If multiple people from your system registered under one email address, the system will only track the participation as one user. This will cause issue with TCEQ credit tracking and reporting. TRWA staff has attempted to reach out to those with duplicate emails on file, but you can also contact us using the General Assistance contact information below to verify or update your email address associated with your registration.

General Assistance, including help with logging in:

Technical Assistance: (512) 985-9100

Conference Platform

We will be using IBM Enterprise Video Streaming to host our pre-recorded sessions that you can access 24/7 at your pace, at your place! We suggest using Chrome as your Internet Browser for the optimal experience.

Accessing the Conference

  1. All registrants will be emailed a portal link to attend the virtual conference. You can also use the button at the top of this page to access the conference portal.
  2. Once you've arrived at the conference portal, enter the email associated with your registration. (Note: you will need access to this email to authenticate your entry)
  3. If you receive an error message, please check to be sure the email address you are using is the one you registered with. If you are still having trouble, please contact meetings@trwa.org or contact 512-472-8591.

Attendance Tracking & Credit Hours

Your attendance is tracked by your unique email address. The system will track usage on a per-viewer basis that will show what content is accessed, when and by who. You can come and go as often as you want until the event closes on August 28.

We recommend watching the session in its entirety before closing your window, but of course you can take breaks as needed! If you are seeking operator credit hours, you will need to watch the videos to completion to earn credit. Your attendance will be tracked automatically, but you can download and use our interactive Tech Conference checklist and Board Conference checklist to keep your own list of completed sessions. You do not need to submit this document — TRWA will submit all attendee hours once the event concludes.
