The Texas Rural Water PAC is composed of hundreds of individuals interested in making a difference for rural water systems in Texas. These members give to a fund that makes campaign contributions to state and federal candidates in Texas – men and women who understand the issues affecting rural water and wastewater systems in Texas. Through such contributions, we can help elect people to public office who will give us fair and effective representation.

This scholarship fund honors the memory of Jody "Jo" Ball, a longtime friend and former board member of TRWA. Jo was the manager of Bolivar Peninsula SUD and before that was the manager of Trinity Rural Water.
