TRWA’s Student and Operator/Manager Scholarships were established to recognize outstanding and worthy students who are attending a public or private institution of higher learning or an approved TCEQ certification course. The Student Scholarship Program is designed to assist young people in the furthering of their education by attending college. The Operator/Manager Scholarship Program is designed to assist water personnel in attendance and completion of an approved TRWA operator certification course.
