Hotel Information TRWA will begin accepting room reservations for this conference at 8:00 a.m. on January 4, 2010. If you need overnight hotel accommodations, download and complete the hotel reservation form and return to TRWA at 1616 Rio Grande or fax to (512) 472-5186. Read the hotel reservation policy thoroughly. TRWA must receive your reservation by February 19, 2010. The hotel will not accept reservations directly at the TRWA conference rate.
